Return policy

Bieganek Creative sells custom software, website design and development, and creative consulting services. No physical goods are sold, so there is nothing to physically return.

If a paid deliverable (for example, a design file or piece of source code) does not match what was agreed upon in writing, that is handled under Refunds & disputes below, not as a return.

Refund and dispute policy

Project work (website design and development, or custom software development) is billed against a deposit and milestone payments agreed with each client before work begins:

  • A deposit is due before work starts. It covers project setup, planning, and the first phase of work, and is non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Remaining project fees are billed at agreed milestones or on completion. Any portion of a milestone payment covering work not yet delivered is refundable; work already completed and delivered is not.
  • Recurring hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the period already billed, since they cover hosting, monitoring, and standby maintenance for that month.

If you believe you were charged in error, or a deliverable does not match the written project scope, contact luke@bieganekcreative.com within 14 days of the charge. Disputes are reviewed and responded to within 5 business days, and resolved in good faith before any chargeback is filed with a card issuer or payment processor.

Cancellation policy

Project work. A client may cancel an in-progress project at any time in writing. The deposit and the value of any work already completed are non-refundable; any prepaid amount beyond that is refunded within 10 business days.

Monthly hosting and maintenance. These are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime by emailing luke@bieganekcreative.com; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after that.

Legal and export restrictions

Bieganek Creative provides professional design, development, and consulting services and does not export controlled goods or technology. Services are not knowingly provided to individuals, companies, or organizations located in, or subject to the jurisdiction of, any country or region under comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions or embargo, or to any party on a restricted or denied-party list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Promotions

Bieganek Creative does not currently run any discount codes, promotional offers, or limited-time deals. If a promotion is introduced in the future, its specific terms, eligibility, and expiration will be published alongside that offer and referenced here.
